Quality control: central factory laboratory
The quality control system of our plant processes is certified according to GOST "R" ISO 9001-2001. We are focused to meet the high demands of our customers. The system is designed to meet the high demands of our customers. Quality control is carried out at all stages of the plant process according the operational maps.
Methods of quality control of metallurgical production:
- Gamma - X-ray testing;
- Spectral analysis of the alloys chemical composition;
- Definition of strength characteristics;
- The penetrant liquid control.
BLMZ is a company of aviation industry and it must meet strict industry requirements for the quality of manufactured products. These strict requirements are applied for all products manufactured by the company. The company has certificates of quality management systems (QMS) meeting Russian and international standards including
GOST R ISO 9001-2008, GOST RV15 001-2003, AS/ EN 9100-2008.
Quality management systems are applied according to company quality policies and according to the company strategy.
QMS is being monitored constantly. External and internal audits ate carried out regularly.

Special services, which use different kinds of control methods, carry out the complete control of all production stages beginning with the control of incoming materials and spare parts and ending with the final control of end products.
